Ken began his career in vertical market software sales and support in 1983 when he was appointed New England Territory manager for Concord Management Systems, a leading provider of accounting solutions to the construction industry.

In 1986, Ken founded Associated Computer Systems/Bridge4Solutions (now part of Thomson/Elite), to resell Concord software and provide local support and training services in New England. In 1991, as the construction market ebbed, Ken successfully transitioned the company to the professional services vertical market. Bridge4Solutions sells software, implementation services and support solutions to large law firms and other professional service organizations.

Ken founded FourthLink in 2006 in order to meet the software needs of professional services firms who were looking for solutions to improve resource utilization and simplify scheduling.

Ken holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. He graduated from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University with an MBA.

Michael is responsible for the design, development and quality control of the Resource Process Manager™ suite of products.

Michael is a former computer game designer and novelist. He is best known as part of the Infocom text adventure game design team. He co-founded the software development company Eidetic, which later became Sony Bend. He has consulted with Apple Computer, Sega, and other companies on interface and product design.

In 1998, Michael started a software and book publishing company, Cascade Mountain Publishing. A few years later, Michael used his experience in managing resources and projects by focusing on a software implementation—an extensive integration of Microsoft Office with Microsoft Project—automating a large residential developer in South Florida.

Shaun brings 20+ years of sales, business development, marketing, and merchandising expertise to FourthLink. He is responsible for driving our sales and marketing efforts worldwide, including our inside sales focus. In addition, he is tasked with the development of conceptual and tactical global sales and marketing strategies, sales training, account management, and partner channel programs.

Prior to joining FourthLink, Shaun achieved success across multiple industries and verticals: He was the founder of the consulting firm Shaun W.S. Lockett & Assoc., LLC, which specialized in sales training, business development, e-marketing, marketing financial management, and strategic planning. His early professional experience included executive positions with Information Workstation Group, Trak Auto Corporation, Bradlees, The Big Party!, Commerce TV, Marquis Digital Imaging, and Barton & Gray Mariners Club.

Shaun holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from George Mason University.

At FourthLink, Laura is in charge of implementing financial controls, assisting in office management, scheduling and planning, and in hiring and human resources development.

As with the others on the team, Laura brings extensive experience with vertical market software to FourthLink. Most recently, she spent seven years as controller for Bridge4Solutions, supervising financial and human resources activities as well as coordinating clients and resources in for scheduling of on-site engagements.

Prior to that, Laura spent over 19 years as controller of a leading Massachusetts software firm where she played a key role in growing the company from a $500,000, six-person firm to a $12 million, 50-person organization.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from The State University of New York at Albany.
