Resource Process Manager™’s notification system automatically e-mails all involved: staff, managers, principals, etc. If resources accept, and their manager approves, schedules are published.

Once resources are scheduled, budgets are created based on billable rates. As time is charged, actual values are updated, allowing managers to view percent complete on up to the minute dashboards and reports.
